For the operation of FLY ASIA 2026 pre-registration and the event itself, your personal information will be collected and used as described below. Photographs and video may also be taken during the event.

■ Personal information collected
Required items including name (Korean and English), gender, date of birth, mobile phone number and email address.
■ Purpose of collection and use

- Verifying pre-registration applicants

- Operating the event and managing participants

- Satisfaction surveys and use of the results as event records

■ Retention and use period
From the date of consent until the purposes of collection and use have been fulfilled.
■ Photography, filming and portrait rights
Photographs and video including participants may be taken during the event. Such material may be used for event records and reporting, and in event-related online and offline content such as the official website, social media, press releases and promotional materials.
■ Right to refuse consent
You have the right to refuse consent to the collection and use of your personal information and to being photographed or filmed. However, if you do not consent to the collection and use of the required personal information, your pre-registration and participation in the event may be restricted.
