  • “FLY ASIA 2023” is the expo exclusively for start-ups being held in Korea. Including leading start-ups, around 10,000 from experts and stakeholders from venture capital firms to accelerators will participate in the event.
  • We will create a mutually beneficial investment environment between Korea and Asian countries and promote cooperation in the technology-based start-up ecosystem

  3. How to apply :
    • Access the website (Fly ASIA 2023(www.fly-asia.org)) and select your application section (No duplicate applications)
    • Apply for participation in STARTUP in EXHIBITION
  4. Submit documents : FLY ASIA 2023 Exhibition Application Form, Agreement on the Collection, Use, Utilization of Personal Information, Copy of Business license, etc.
  5. ※ If false information is found about the contents of submission when reviewing evidential documents, We will exclude the team from the participating team.

Precautions

  1. Report Submission : Participants must submit a post-event report, such as an activity report, within 30 days after the event ends.
  2. Loss Compensation : In the event of withdrawal from participation after being selected as a participating company, the company must fully compensate for any costs incurred.
  3. Duty of Diligence :Non-compliant participating companies will be penalized for a period of 3 years.
    • In the event of withdrawal from participation except when a participating company declares bankruptcy or encounters irresistible natural disasters after being selected as a participating company.
    • In the case of non-cooperation in buyer consultations, booth management and post-management.
    • In the case of non-cooperation with any other requests by FLY ASIA 2023 Secretariat for the proper operation of the exhibition.
